Therefore, TLF has developed its legal services, which used to focus on the local market, by establishing a separate Foreign Division to serve international companies, which desire to expand and develop their commercial activities in the state of Kuwait, Bahrain, and the GCC region. TLF initially recruited only foreign attorneys and counselors to render legal services in the international division, however this approach gave rise to challenges in serving our international clients as it was demanding for the foreign attorneys to realize local laws and conduct legal research, thus TLF decided to add to the team bilingual local attorneys and counselors. This approach of teaming both foreign with bilingual Arabic speaking attorneys proven to be successful as they complete each other, resulting in serving international clients and multinationals better and meeting their needs, ultimately saving them time and cost.

TLF provides its legal services to international companies in the Kuwaiti and Bahraini markets, as well as assisting local companies to accomplish their work. We offer different services to foreign and multinational companies, ensuring that their compliance with rules, laws, and regulations of the Gulf Cooperation Council nations, as well as providing assistance in negotiations and drafting of different types of agreements. Furthermore, we protect their intellectual property rights in the GCC markets, and we assist them in establishing foreign subsidiaries and joint ventures.
