GCC Commercial Arbitration Center – Bahrain

Established on 19 th March 1995 by GCC leaders. One of its main objective is fill the vacuum in the region by providing expeditious and effective Arbitration services.

The GCC arbitration center is established to services commercial cases, including cases in the region related to banks, financial institutions, insurance, reinsurance, constructions, engineering,, various contracting, intellectual property covering commercial and industrial, copyrights, and all types of international commercial contracts.
