Electoral Appeals:-
TLF filed an electoral appeal on behalf of one of the Parliament Candidates to appeal against the results of the latest Parliamentary Elections of 2008. We appealed against the voting process and its outcome I addition to challenging the non-constitutionality of Decree Law no. (25/2008), called as (Necessity Decree) issued during the period of the Dissolution of the Parliament.
