TLF has advised Doosan Heavy Industries and revised several contracts in various deals, the most important of which were the ones for the construction of Huge Power Plant at Al-Sabiyah & Shuwaikh. TLF has further advised Doosan in regard to its transactions with the Ministry of Electricity and Water in the State of Kuwait.
TLF provided legal assistance for Siemens AG for the undertaking Al-Zoor Power Plant and sorting out legal solutions for the difficulties which faced them in order to avoid future problems. TLF is still advising Siemens AG as well as its affiliate companies in various sectors in the state of Kuwait.
Toshiba Power Systems Kuwait has been established and TLF was appointed to provide legal services for the company upon its establishment.
TLF has drafted an Agency Contract for the Japanese Marubeni Corporation, then TLF has been appointed as Counselors for the Company which is new to the Kuwaiti Market.
